Stuffed in semi-round pork gut and cured at controlled temperature and humidity for about 2 months. They are presented in individual units of approximately 450 g, vacuum packed. Made from lean and pork fat, its main components are high quality proteins. It provides iron, sodium, magnesium, phosphorus and zinc. Within a varied and balanced diet, its occasional consumption is totally advisable. Ideal to eat as sausage.
