Stuffed in 185 g jars and cooked at 80ºC for 40 minutes, it is presented in glass jars. Made from fat and bread, it is a very energetic food, rich in fat and cholesterol, at the same time, rich in proteins of high biological value and vitamins of group B. Due to the fact that it contains the pig's blood, it also becomes in an excellent source of iron. Within a varied and balanced diet, its occasional consumption is totally advisable.
